According to the requirements of the China Railway Corporation's Measures for the Administration of Railway Vehicle Maintenance Qualifications and the Letter of the Academy of Railway Sciences on Submitting the Detailed Rules for the Administration of Railway Vehicle Maintenance Qualifications (V1.0) and other relevant rules, on September 17, 2019, the Vehicle Department of China Railway Guangzhou Bureau Group Co., Ltd. organizes experts from CRRC Qingdao Sifang Locomotive and Rolling Stock Co., Ltd., CRRC Guangdong Rail Transit Vehicle Co., Ltd., China Railway Taiyuan Bureau Group Co., Ltd. Taiyuan Locomotive and Rolling Stock Supervision Project Department, Guangdong Pearl River Delta Intercity Rail Transit Co., Ltd., China Railway Guangzhou Bureau Group Co., Ltd, in Guangzhou EMU section, a preliminary examination was conducted on the qualification of CRH6A EMU wheelset decomposition and maintenance at Guangzhou Maintenance Station of Zhiqi Railway Equipment Co., Ltd.
     
The review team listened to Zhiqi Company's report on the breakdown and maintenance of CRH6A EMU wheelsets at Guangzhou Maintenance Station, and consulted relevant information on technical documents, production management, quality control, and personnel management. On-site inspection of plant facilities, maintenance equipment, tooling and equipment, and focus on the inspection of wheel unloading, axle disc unloading, wheel axle repair, axle disc press-fitting and pressure inspection, wheel press-fitting and pressure inspection operation process and operation quality.
     
After full discussion by the review team, it is believed that the process documents and quality control documents prepared by Zhiqi Company in accordance with relevant maintenance procedures and standards can guide field operations. The on-site operation environment, tooling equipment, process flow, detection means and personnel skills can meet the requirements of wheel set decomposition and maintenance, and the on-site operation process conforms to the process regulations.
The review team finally determined that the Guangzhou maintenance station of Zhiqi Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. has the ability to decompose and repair CRH6A EMU M2G and T2D wheelsets, and unanimously agreed to pass the preliminary review. The preliminary examination of the maintenance capacity of CRH6A EMU has injected new vitality into the expansion of the company's maintenance business. The wheel-to-wheel maintenance business of Zhiqi EMU will also realize the coverage of the whole model and the whole system.
