On October 15, 2019, Zhiqi ushered in her 12th birthday. In order to celebrate this historical moment, the corporate culture group organized a series of publicity activities to celebrate the company's birthday after careful planning. The celebration is divided into three sub-contents, namely, the 12th anniversary theme wall photo, the special video publicity of "12 brilliant years, creating the future together" and the patriotic theme movie watching activities.
On the afternoon of the 14th, the 12th anniversary theme wall was installed in the restaurants where most employees entered and left. The red festive background was matched with three-dimensional engraving characters on the ground, which was festive and solemn, with distinct levels. At dinner time, colleagues stopped to take photos one after another, and their faces were filled with the joy of the master.
            
In addition to the scenes arranged in the restaurant, special videos were also broadcast on the LED screen of the workshop, covering four parts: historical changes, growth track, "3-5" strategy and future outlook. The historical changes briefly reviewed the changes in the company's factory appearance and production line since its establishment. The growth track reviews the honors the company has gained along the way, as well as the advanced employees and "five small" innovative employees who have been promoted over the years; the "3-5" strategy shares the company's strategic direction and market positioning for 2020-2025 with employees, and the future outlook analyzes Zhiqi's resource advantages, as well as the company's intelligent manufacturing development plan and good future outlook with the support of these advantageous resources.
            
The company's 12th anniversary factory celebration this year coincides with the 70th anniversary of the founding of the motherland. In order to promote the patriotism of the employees and stimulate everyone's enthusiasm for patriotism and love of the factory, the company also distributed a patriotic theme film-"Me and My Motherland" movie tickets, and asked all collective organizations to exchange and share their experience after watching.
            
China has always said that there is a reincarnation in 12 years. The 12th anniversary of Zhiqi indicates the end of one reincarnation and the beginning of the next.
