In accordance with the relevant requirements of the China Railway Corporation's "Administrative Measures for Railway Vehicle Maintenance Qualifications" and other relevant requirements, the Vehicle Department of China Railway Chengdu Bureau Group Co., Ltd. recently organized CRRC Tangshan Locomotive and Rolling Stock Co., Ltd., CRRC Changchun Rail Bus Co., Ltd., and China Railway Chengdu Bureau Group Co., Ltd. Chengdu EMU Depot, China Railway Xi'an Bureau Group Co., Ltd, A preliminary examination meeting of CRH3A EMU wheelset decomposition maintenance qualification was held at Chengdu maintenance station of Zhiqi Company.
      
The review team listened to Zhiqi's introduction on the breakdown and maintenance of the EMU wheelsets in Chengdu Maintenance Station, and consulted relevant information on rules and regulations, technical documents, production management, quality control, and personnel management. According to the production process, the on-site inspection of the plant facilities, maintenance equipment, tooling equipment, as well as the maintenance site and physical quality, witnessed the actual operation of the wheel set magnetic particle inspection, wheel unloading, axle magnetic particle inspection, wheel press fitting and pressure inspection, dynamic balance runout and resistance detection, bearing assembly process.
After full discussion by the review team, the expert group agreed that: Zhiqi Company has compiled the wheelset decomposition maintenance process documents and quality control documents in accordance with relevant maintenance procedures and standards, which can effectively guide the site operations. The on-site operation environment, process equipment, process flow, detection means and personnel skills can meet the requirements of wheel set decomposition and maintenance, the on-site operation process meets the process requirements, and the physical quality meets the requirements of maintenance procedures.
The review team believes that the Chengdu Maintenance Station of Zhiqi Company has the ability of CRH3A EMU wheelset decomposition and maintenance, and unanimously agrees to pass the preliminary review. With the completion of the maintenance qualification assessment of each maintenance station, it is verified that the maintenance capability of each vehicle type of our company is also in the improvement of the whole system, and the maintenance business field of our company will become more and more mature.
