On November 19, 2019, the Shanxi Provincial Department of Science and Technology commissioned a project management professional institution to review and demonstrate the construction plan of the "High-speed EMU Wheelset Shanxi Provincial Key Laboratory" undertaken by Zhiqi Company.
            
Through on-site inspection, data review, listening to reports, and after questioning and discussion, the expert group finally reached a consensus and passed the review of the construction plan of "high-speed EMU wheel pair Shanxi key laboratory. The expert group believes that Zhiqi Laboratory has accurate positioning, combines product structure optimization design, material performance research, artificial intelligence and big data analysis technology, and has obvious industry characteristics and certain foresight. The laboratory construction has clear ideas, guarantees are in place, and has strong operability. The laboratory personnel team is set up in the form of school-enterprise cooperation, with high research and development capability and academic level, which can strongly support the development of the laboratory; laboratory support units and competent departments can give corresponding support in terms of funds, institutions, teams and construction conditions, have more advanced test equipment, and have the basic conditions for the construction of provincial key laboratories.
The successful passage of the evaluation and demonstration of the provincial key laboratory construction plan is a key step in the company's R & D strategy, which demonstrates the company's strong R & D and innovation strength. The laboratory construction plan is one of the important measures to enhance the company's core competitiveness. At the same time, it also lays a solid foundation for the laboratory to further refine the construction goals, clarify the research direction, improve the academic committee structure and optimize the laboratory operation management system.
