At present, the subway vehicles in our country are all fixed marshalling, and the number of carriages is immutable. The new generation of subway vehicles has developed the "flexible marshalling" function for the first time. The train takes 2 sections as the minimum marshalling unit, which can realize "2 N" section flexible marshalling according to the operation requirements, match the carriages arbitrarily within the range of 2 to 12 sections, and complete the "transformation" in less than 5 minutes. Ding Sansan told reporters that the tidal change of subway passenger flow is very prominent, with large passenger flow in the morning and evening peak periods and small passenger flow in the flat peak period. It is flexibly grouped according to the change of passenger flow, with large grouping in the peak period and small grouping in the flat peak period. This can realize the most economical operation, save energy consumption, reduce operating costs, increase departure density and improve service level.
Compared with the traditional subway, the new generation of subway vehicles adapt to the harsher climate and geographical environment, and can operate in complex environments such as high temperature and high humidity, -40 ℃ high cold, 2500 meters high altitude and so on. At the same time, in view of the many curves and small radius of the subway line, the vehicle is equipped with an active radial system on the bogie for the first time. The minimum turning radius can reach 80 meters, far exceeding the traditional subway, and the wheel wear is also greatly reduced, saving maintenance costs. The vehicle can run without external power supply. It is equipped with an energy storage system-a traction battery, which can provide traction power for the vehicle to travel 15 kilometers. When the power supply failure occurs, it can be operated in emergency, and it is also convenient to drive in the "no-power area" of the line and the depot.
3. Run more stable, ride more comfortable
The new generation of subway vehicles adopt advanced vibration and noise reduction technology to make the ride more comfortable. When the train is running, the track irregularity will cause the carriage to vibrate, and the suspension system on the bogie should be used to reduce the vibration. The suspension system of traditional subway is not adjustable and is called passive suspension. The new generation of subway vehicles adopts full active suspension technology for the first time. During driving, when the carriage vibrates, it can be detected immediately, and the damping of the suspension system can be dynamically adjusted, so that the suspension system is always in the best vibration reduction state. Make the subway vehicle "run more stable". The car is also quieter. The noise reduction design is optimized. When the train is running, the noise in the passenger room is only 68 decibels, which is more than 3 decibels lower than that of the traditional subway.
