In accordance with the requirements of China National Railway Group Co., Ltd. to accelerate the independent maintenance of EMUs, Shanghai Bureau Group Co., Ltd. actively explores the localized maintenance mode of wheelset on the premise of ensuring safety and quality. At the beginning of this year, Shanghai Bureau Group Company and Zhiqi Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. jointly funded the establishment of Zhihu Railway Equipment Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 0.15 billion yuan, specializing in the maintenance of EMU wheelsets and ancillary devices. At present, a complete quality management system has been established and passed IRIS international railway industry standard certification and ISO 9001 quality management system certification.
           
It is understood that this move will further accumulate maintenance capacity and maintenance resources for the bureau group company, improve the efficiency of wheelset maintenance, reduce maintenance costs, and generate economies of scale, which is conducive to the deep integration of wheelset manufacturing, maintenance, and application businesses. In recent years, the advanced repair and independent repair model of EMU of the bureau group company has changed from CRH2 type to CRH3 type, realizing compatible repair of CRH2 type, CRH3 type three repair and CRH3 type three repair and four type repair, and obtaining the qualification of CRH380B type four repair and independent repair, increasing the number of four type repair and independent repair. in 2018, the total number of EMU independent repair and folding work reached 302.5 standard groups.
