A fully automatic operation system is one solution. At the forum, Cui Ke, chief engineer of the Research and Design Institute of Casco signal Co., Ltd., introduced the fully automatic operation 2.0 system for smart subway that they are studying.
Cui Ke said that the system takes serving passenger behavior as the core and faces the multiple needs of intelligent subway. On the basis of the existing fully automatic operation system, it covers five parts: driverless train, intelligent dispatching, intelligent depot, intelligent station and intelligent operation and maintenance. It has greatly improved the intelligent level of center, station, depot, dispatching and operation and maintenance management, and realized the intelligent control of urban rail transit in the whole process and in the whole scope.

China's first subway was opened on October 1, 1969. At that time, it was not used for commercial operation. In the following 30 years, major domestic cities have their own first subway lines. By the end of 2018, 32 cities in China had opened and operated 155 urban rail transit lines, with a total mileage of 5140km, ranking first in the world.
The future: the development of intelligent high-speed rail, improve railway capacity
By the end of 2018, China's high-speed rail mileage had reached 29000 kilometers, accounting for 70% of the global high-speed rail mileage.
