From March 16 to 17, 2018, the company organized and carried out the "Marketing Iron Triangle" empowerment training. The training teacher was Chen Wei, a consultant from Best Management Consulting Group. All employees of the company's market development department and project management department, as well as R & D Some employees of the center and production department participated in this training.

"Marketing Iron Triangle" is a "sales service system" (iron triangle) model suitable for Zhiqi company proposed by Best Management Consulting Team based on the company's strategic direction, business status and marketing system problems, drawing on the core logic of Huawei's organizational changes. "Marketing Iron Triangle" refers to the customer relationship, solutions, product delivery as the three dimensions of customer demand, forming a customer-oriented "iron triangle" combat unit, the rear around the front combat unit operation and service. The essence of the "Iron Triangle" is to break the functional barriers, build a team force, and form a project-centered team operation mode, "force" out a hole, so as to achieve "profit" out of a hole. Empowerment training is carried out through a combination of theoretical explanations and case exercises. By introducing the whole sales process, Mr. Chen Wei helped the students understand and master the theories and skills from the point of exploring opportunities to the final delivery. In the case exercise, the "marketing iron triangle" is formed by the members of each team, playing the four roles of customer, sales, technology and delivery respectively. According to the sales process, the key nodes of project operation are simulated and practiced, and problems are found and solved in the exercise.

This empowerment training is an important step taken by Zhiqi Company on the road of exploring management organization innovation.
