The company's first two "Management Ability Improvement" training courses were well received by the trainees due to their significant improvement in management ability. To this end, the company continued to carry out the third "management ability improvement" training course this year. On March 29, 2018, the launching ceremony of the third phase of the management ability improvement class was held in conference room 3. Guo Feng, director of the company's strategic operation center, Shi Shulong, manager of the planning and operation room, senior lecturers and teaching assistants of Blackstone Company and 33 students attended the launching ceremony. At the launching ceremony, the history manager introduced the management methods of the training course, including course introduction, course design, composition of students and classroom requirements. At the same time, they also said that grass-roots managers should pay attention to the communication between superiors and subordinates, handle the relationship between superiors and subordinates, and give full play to the incentive effect on subordinates, so as to better carry out their work. Subsequently, the third "management ability improvement" training course officially started.
This management ability improvement training course is a special training for the company's grass-roots managers, newly appointed supervisors and managers of Zhidao Company. The training courses include "The Role and Leadership Skills of Grassroots Supervisors", "On-site Problem Analysis and Resolution", "On-site Lean Improvement" and "Communication and Motivation of Grassroots Supervisors". The training will take the form of on-site simulation exercises, analysis exercises and training boards, focusing on small class teaching, mutual sharing and practical work case discussion, focusing on improving the students' action planning ability and practical processing ability.
On the basis of the successful experience of the previous two years, the training content of the third "Management Ability Improvement" training course is more in line with the actual situation of the company and more targeted. The purpose of the training is to further consolidate the knowledge structure of the trainees, improve the professional theoretical level and actual management level, find the key to solving the problem, teach the trainees to use the correct tools and methods to deal with the problem, and strive to make the trainees make new breakthroughs in their jobs.
