Up to now, the wheel-to-number transplanting operation of 819 CR400BF trailer wheel pairs and 251 CRH380B(G)/BL/CL trailer wheel pairs has been successfully completed. The coding equipment is simple and convenient in use, and the coding effect is beautiful and accurate, which has won the unanimous praise of the company's inspectors and resident supervisors.

The code spraying equipment was introduced into the company at the end of 2017 and put into production for the first time in March 2018 after repeated debugging by relevant personnel. The code spraying equipment has many advantages such as convenient carrying, simple operation, beautiful spraying effect, etc., and has been greatly improved in six aspects of human, machine, material, method, ring and measurement in the process of use, including:

1. The operator uses the mobile phone APP to connect the inkjet printer through Bluetooth to input the wheel alignment information, and then operates the automatic inkjet printer to spray. The operation time of each wheel alignment is saved from 15 minutes to 1 minute.

2. The equipment performance is stable, which reduces the impact of the lettering machine failure on normal production operations.

3. The use of code spraying equipment greatly saves the amount of consumables (accessories) such as lettering paper, needle, pen, yellow paint, white paint, etc.

5. The smell produced by the spraying machine is less, and the ink cartridge itself is tightly sealed. After use, it is placed in a special packaging box, which reduces the pollution to the scene environment and the potential physical injury to the operating staff, and at the same time reduces the risk of flammability and explosion.

6. The use of code spraying equipment reduces the number of rework and repair of unqualified products and improves product quality.
