Zhiqi Company Held RPA Project Catch-up Report Meeting

On July 6, 2018, the company organized an RPA project closing report meeting in conference room 1. General Manager Yang Huaiwen, Assistant General Manager Shi Jianping, Chief Engineer Bai Guisheng, Director of Strategic Operations Center Guo Feng, key project implementation members, and project leaders and consultants from Ernst & Young's project team attended the meeting.
The meeting begins with a joint presentation by the project director and manager from the Ernst & Young project team on project implementation progress, project deliverables, project benefits and follow-up plans. In the past 17-18 weeks, Ernst & Young team has completed the RPA design of 9 processes including purchase reimbursement application, purchase reimbursement review, purchase A/P entry, fund plan payment, invoicing income entry, invoice certification, external submission report, bank remittance accounting and bank balance inquiry, user testing and user training of the process in the formal environment, and has completed the development of 39 sub-processes in total, 123 a code file to write. Among them, 15 common code libraries have been established for the company, laying a good foundation for future RPA development, maintenance and changes.
Of the 9 processes delivered in the first phase of the RPA project, 7 projects have been successfully put into use, 2 projects continue to undergo data testing, and the development of tax declaration and salary accounting modules will continue in the following August-September. The smooth delivery of the RPA project will significantly save the basic labor time of the company's relevant business departments and improve work efficiency. At the same time, transferring the released employees to more interesting and valuable jobs will help improve the company's employee satisfaction and professional happiness.
