On September 14, 2018, the company organized and carried out training on PPT reporting thinking and reporting presentation. This training invited Microsoft senior official lecturer, Microsoft MOS expert teacher Zhou Gang as lecturer, relevant personnel from various departments participated in the training.

            

PPT is a common tool for reporting and demonstrating results in daily work. It is one of the important means to improve work skills and show work ideas, progress and results. This training mainly focuses on cognitive reporting, reporting logic, visual presentation, conclusion presentation, PPT logic presentation and graphic design. Mr. Chen taught theoretical knowledge, logical mode, case analysis and graphic examples in four aspects, which not only made everyone understand the importance of PPT in reporting work, but also mastered relevant operation skills. In the class, everyone listened attentively, studied carefully, and actively asked questions. The training ended with fierce discussion and warm applause. The students agreed that the harvest was quite fruitful and the effect was remarkable, which greatly improved the efficiency and level of PPT preparation.
