On the morning of November 12, 2018, the first meeting of our company's AAR annual compliance verification audit was held in conference room 4 of the office building. ms Mary Szczembara, Mr Rickey.A.Turner, audit experts from IQC (international quality consulting company), senior management of the company and internal auditors of various departments attended the meeting. After a brief self-introduction, the audit expert introduced that the main purpose of this audit was the ARR renewal audit and 24 full-factor audits.
The audit lasted for 2.5 days. The AAR audit team conducted a comprehensive audit of the company from the aspects of quality management system operation, procurement, inventory, design, R & D capability, process capability, etc. During the audit process, all departments and sections actively cooperated and gave detailed answers to the questions raised by the audit team experts, which were unanimously approved by the audit team experts.
On the morning of the 14th, the AAR audit final meeting was held. The experts of the audit team highly praised the quality management work of Zhiqi Company. At the same time, they thanked the relevant personnel for their enthusiasm and cooperation in the audit process, and introduced the results of the audit to the participants: no serious non-conformity and slight non-conformity were found in the audit, and seven improvement items were put forward. Experts said Zhiqi Company was the most impressive enterprise among the enterprises she reviewed, and congratulated the company on achieving such good results. The final report will be sent to the company after being reviewed by the US headquarters. At this point, this year's AAR certification audit has been successfully completed, and all audits in 2018 have come to a successful end!
