The sharing was prepared in nine groups, each with three members. In the process of appraisal, the contestants found the problems from the perspective of front-line employees and thought about the solutions to the problems, and shared their experiences in their work in turn with topics such as "Setting of Replacement Parameters for Encoder of Tool Tower of Mori Precision Machine", "Morara Grinder Spindle Mechanism and Precautions for Maintenance" and "Sharing of Maintenance Cases of Hollow Shaft Ultrasonic Flaw Detector.
As the "doctors" of the company's equipment, they can always be seen carrying toolboxes in the workshop. During production, inspections are always carried out on various equipment; when the equipment fails, they always arrive at the first time to check and repair the equipment failure, quickly restore the normal operation of the equipment and resume production.
                 
This appraisal is not only an opportunity for employees to show their personal style and share maintenance experience, but also a platform for everyone to exchange and learn from each other. After the sharing, the Minister of Equipment Department He Zhenhong also shared his own experience with everyone. In the maintenance process, first of all, he should accumulate experience from easy to difficult, and continue to deepen. In many cases, the problem that often seems to be very difficult is actually caused by a small fault. It is necessary to constantly draw inferences from one another, sum up experience after maintenance, and analyze the maintenance process, develop ideas, and further expand maintenance skills; in their own proficient in the field should be refined, not good at the field of continuous improvement. At the same time, he gave valuable suggestions on this sharing appraisal, and efforts should be made to improve the level of PPT production in future work. And save each maintenance record as an official document for future review; The maintenance video reflected in this sharing process is also worth advocating in future work, providing precious image data for maintenance. Minister He hopes to provide more platforms for such exchange of ideas and experience sharing in the future, so as to promote employees to better improve their business level and team consciousness.
