Yang Zong pointed out that 2018 is the first year of the company's second venture, and it is also a year for the company to overcome all difficulties, continue to forge ahead and make great achievements. This year, the company adjusted its structure, optimized its functions, established a marketing service system, improved customer experience, and vigorously promoted intelligent manufacturing. It became a pilot demonstration project approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, focusing on the localized capital cooperation of the maintenance business, and the group The prototype is beginning to take shape. Over the past year, under the correct leadership of the board of directors and the efficient leadership of the management team, all employees of the company have closely focused on the work deployment of "expanding the market and ensuring sales, deepening the cooperation of railway bureaus, promoting intelligent manufacturing, and improving management capabilities", and firmly grasping the railway Reform historical opportunities, actively explore new models of business development and maintenance cooperation, further consolidate R & D technical capabilities, and solidly promote intelligent manufacturing, laying a good foundation for the company's sustainable development.
Mr. Yang deeply analyzed the current environment and situation of the company from the aspects of social and political environment, industry development opportunities, market competition situation and intelligent manufacturing trend, and put forward four key words of "struggle", "innovation", "change" and "integration", which is the new normal and new ecology that Zhiqi company will strive to adapt to in 2019 and in the future. We must use "struggle" to help "innovation", use "innovation" to drive "change", and use "change" to adapt to changes, and then we can "integrate" with trends and achieve sustainable development.

The meeting also commended the outstanding advanced collectives and individuals in the 2018 work, and held an award ceremony.
