Zhiqi Company organizes comprehensive skills training for employees of subsidiaries

On September 9, 11 employees of Zhihu subsidiary returned to Zhiqi Company and began a training and study for nearly 2 months. This training is conducted in a cross-cutting way of theory and practice, with the aim of allowing employees of the subsidiary company to inherit the cultural concept of Zhiqi Company and acquire the operation skills of each production line of the company.
The company attaches great importance to this skill output training and has arranged a lot of resources for docking. Lecturers in various fields have also updated and improved the content of the teaching courseware in advance, combining the background of the students to teach in simple terms. The trainees of the subsidiary company who came to participate in the training uniformly dressed, listened carefully, recorded in time, and showed a good mental outlook.
The first stage of theoretical training is divided into two parts. The first part is a three-day theoretical study, covering six aspects of company knowledge, product knowledge, equipment knowledge, quality knowledge, safety training and corporate culture. The second part is the theoretical study of each vehicle type, including the operating procedures, process cards, work instructions, equipment operating procedures and standardized operation documents of each vehicle type. The second stage of practical training is carried out by the training method of teachers and apprentices, and the masters are middle-level workers and senior workers with rich theoretical and practical experience in each process.
Through this training, the students of the subsidiary company should be able to understand the company's cultural concept, quickly copy Zhiqi's mature experience, fully master the skills to carry out the relevant work of the proposed post, and support the production and operation of Zhihu Company as soon as possible.
