From July 23 to 26, 2019, Beijing Zhongjing Kehuan Quality Certification Co., Ltd. carried out a four-day dual-system audit of occupational health and safety management and environmental management. The company successfully passed the 2019 dual-system supervision audit and met the requirements of the replacement audit. The recommended certification passed.
      
At the first meeting of the audit, experts introduced the purpose of the audit, that is, to evaluate whether the organization and management system meets the standard requirements and the effectiveness of its implementation. The scope of the audit is the occupational health and safety management and environmental management related to the processing of wheels and axles, assembly of wheelsets, maintenance and service of high-speed EMUs. The audit is conducted according to the new GB/T28001-2011/OHSAS 18001:2007 and GB/T24001-2016/14004:2015 standards respectively.
This audit conducted a sample audit of the company's leadership and eight departments, covering the company's current system manuals, procedural documents and the operation of each department's system. During the audit, the experts fully affirmed the management and control ability of our company in the aspects of occupational health and safety system and environmental management system, and also highly evaluated the operation status of the company's dual system. They also highly praised the company's dual system internal audit work. At the same time, they also put forward relevant suggestions, such as more thorough identification of environmental factors and hazards in each department, the input and output of management review shall be detailed and complete.
The successful passage of this audit is an affirmation of the company's achievements in occupational health and safety management and environmental management, and marks a new step in the company's safety and environmental management.
