Learning Benchmark: Finance Department
Diligent in learning, good at summing up, willing to think, the financial department with practical actions to interpret the growth and progress brought about by learning and summing up. Keep up with business development, master the latest policies, reduce fees and taxes for the company, plan revenue and expenditure for the enterprise, and regard learning as part of the work. Based on the principle of applying what they have learned, they organized the compilation of management results such as "ERP Financial Accounting Management System Operation Manual" and "Fund Management Manual", and applied the knowledge learned to the intelligent manufacturing management robot project, and also helped Zhihu Company Establish a financial management system, which truly achieves an effective combination of knowledge system and application practice.
Struggle Benchmark: Beijing Maintenance Station
Due to the special nature of the station, the Beijing maintenance station, in addition to their busy work, has also obtained the first CRH2 vehicle maintenance station qualification, the first standard movement maintenance station qualification and the first BVV wheel pair mixed pressure qualification ...... The special mission inspired all the staff of the Beijing maintenance station to make unremitting efforts, and their special experience shaped them into a "mobile iron army". Since its establishment, Beijing Maintenance Station has accumulated 7145 maintenance wheelsets, assisted in the construction of 4 overseas stations, and assisted the new station in completing the trial repair of 6 types of vehicles. In the face of new products and new models, the staff of the whole station worked overtime to overcome many problems such as supply shortage. The average time of the staff of the whole station was more than four years. They were always looking for a balance between family and work, portraying the image of Zhiqi people with excellent technology and the spirit of hard work, and won the respect and recognition of internal and external customers.
Innovation benchmark: wheel processing section

In the intelligent manufacturing strategy implemented by the company, the wheel processing section strives to be the vanguard of change and is willing to be an innovation test field, which has played a pilot demonstration role in the promotion and application of intelligent manufacturing throughout the company. Facing the double pressure brought by production and testing, the wheel processing section gave up a lot of rest time, and finally realized the successful launch of MES, automatic detection, DNC, MDC, intelligent logistics and brake disc tightening automatic line, which laid the foundation for improving quality and efficiency and process quality control, and also played a good demonstration effect for the subsequent full implementation and promotion to other sections. Thanks to this, the monthly output of this section in 2019 reached a record high of 5000 pieces. Behind this brilliant performance, it is inseparable from the continuous practice and eternal exploration of the work innovation of the wheel processing section.

Professionalism is competitiveness. Through 10 years of continuous learning, the intelligent room has completely relied on the services of software suppliers to now have the ability to independently develop systems. With excellent IT professional technology, the intelligent room has laid a solid foundation for the smooth implementation of intelligent manufacturing projects and the output of information services. They have also independently developed 4 sets of systems with intellectual property rights, independently developed a number of information systems and some software systems, helped Zhihu and Zhidao companies to develop and implement ERP systems and HR systems, and undertook the implementation of MES systems for Beijing EMU, Shanghai EMU and Chengdu EMU and the cooperative development of Guangzhou Bureau's full life cycle projects, making the company more competitive in the market competition.
Professional Benchmark: Qingdao Maintenance Station
Profession is our core value and the magic weapon for the company to practice real skills and shape its image. Qingdao Maintenance Station has won a good reputation for the company with their professional, dedicated, responsible, collaborative, efficient and successful customer philosophy. Fourteen people in the station have obtained two or more work certificates, accounting for 87.5 per cent of the total. With their professional skills and professional attitude, they have completed one delivery after another with good quality and quantity, and achieved zero customer complaints and zero product repair rate. While completing the heavy maintenance tasks of this station, they also undertake the axle maintenance of other maintenance stations, effectively solving the problem of round-trip transportation of toothed dynamic shafts and shortening the maintenance period by more than 12 days. Their conscientious persistence day after day, hard work and overtime work, and the master attitude that the company's interests are above all else are the embodiment of their professional wisdom.
