In accordance with the document requirements of the Measures for the Administration of Railway Vehicle Maintenance Qualification and the Letter of the Group Company of the Academy of Railway Sciences on Submitting the Detailed Rules for the Administration of Railway Vehicle Maintenance Qualification (V1.1) and other relevant rules, on April 21, 2021, the Vehicle Department of China Railway Chengdu Bureau Group Company organized relevant experts from China Railway Qingdao Sifang Locomotive and Rolling Stock Co., Ltd., Xi 'an EMU Depot of China Railway Xi 'an Bureau Group Co., Ltd., and Chengdu EMU Depot of China Railway Chengdu Bureau Group Co., Ltd. to form an examination team and held a preliminary examination meeting on CRH6A/6A-A EMU wheelset decomposition and maintenance qualification in Chengdu EMU Depot.

The review team listened to the report of Zhiqi Company on the decomposition and maintenance of CRH6A/6A-A EMU wheelset, consulted the relevant data of technical documents, production management, quality control, personnel management, etc., and checked the equipment of plant facilities, maintenance equipment and tooling on the spot, and focus on the inspection of wheel unloading, axle disc unloading, wheel press, axle magnetic particle inspection, wheel dynamic balance inspection and hollow shaft ultrasonic inspection and other operation process and operation quality.

After full discussion by the review team, experts believe that Zhiqi Company has compiled process documents and quality control documents applicable to CRH6A/6A-A EMU wheelset decomposition and maintenance according to relevant maintenance procedures and standards, which can guide on-site operations. The on-site operation environment, tooling equipment, process flow, detection means and personnel skills can meet the requirements of wheel set decomposition and maintenance, and the on-site operation process meets the process requirements. The final review team determined that Chengdu Maintenance Station of Zhiqi Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. has the ability of CRH6A/6A-A EMU wheelset decomposition and maintenance, and unanimously agreed to pass the preliminary review.

The preliminary examination of CRH6A EMU wheelset decomposition and maintenance capability has injected new vitality into the expansion of the company's maintenance business, and made Zhiqi Company take another solid step on the goal road of covering the whole model and the whole system of EMU wheelset maintenance business.
