Recently, the kick-off meeting of the "Advanced Rail Transit" key project in 2018 was held in Beijing. More than 60 people from the High-tech Department of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the "Advanced Rail Transit" Key Special Management Office of the High-tech Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology (hereinafter referred to as the special office), China Railway Corporation and project participants attended the meeting.
At the meeting, the Special Office introduced the overall situation of key special projects, further emphasized the main responsibilities of all parties, and made a detailed interpretation of the current new situation and new requirements of project management. CNR introduced a series of measures to promote the implementation and management of key special projects.
Yuan Jianxiang, director of the Special Office, pointed out at the meeting that the current is an important period for the reform of the scientific and technological system. Recently, the central government has issued a series of documents on scientific and technological reform. Under the current situation, the project leader must first strengthen performance orientation and target core key technologies; The second is to strengthen the construction of scientific research integrity; the third is to strengthen the overall coordination of projects.
In 2018, the "Advanced Rail Transit" key special targeted China Central Vehicle deployed two projects, "Key Technology and Equipment Development of Non-wheel-rail Contact Guided Transportation System under Public Right of Way Operating Environment" and "Key Technology of Adaptive Bogie. A platform for collaborative innovation and comprehensive test and verification of guided transportation systems to meet the diversified needs of cities in China will be initially built, with the technical capability of increasing the overall traffic capacity by more than 30% and reducing the traffic accident rate by 50% under the condition of sharing the right of way. It has the technical capability to deliver bogies that can run trains across existing railways and high-speed railways.
