On November 28, the State Railway Administration issued a 160-kilometer-per-hour power-concentrated EMU to CRRC Dalian Locomotive and Rolling Stock Co., Ltd., CRRC Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Co., Ltd., CRRC Tangshan Locomotive and Rolling Stock Co., Ltd., and CRRC Nanjing Puzhen Rolling Stock Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: power-concentrated EMU, consisting of HXD3G/HXD1G electric locomotive and KZ25TA/KZ25TB) model certificate and manufacturing license.
The power-concentrated EMU includes power vehicles, trailers and control vehicles, which can adopt the relatively fixed grouping mode of "one move, eight towing" or "two moves, eighteen towing", and can also be flexibly grouped according to the application requirements. Among them: the power car mainly adopts the eight-axle passenger electric locomotive technology platform for optimization design, the trailer mainly adopts the existing 25T passenger car technology platform for optimization and adjustment, the control car mainly relies on the 25T passenger car technology platform for streamlined design and optimization and adjustment of the front, adding the driver's cab. The power-centralized EMU has the characteristics of low cost, large capacity, flexible marshalling, wide application range, and excellent service quality. It is mainly used to operate a large number of EMU trains on intercity, urban (suburban) and general-speed railways. It can effectively solve the shortcomings of long time for train turn-back and change ends, and make up for the inability of high-speed railway EMU trains to provide long-distance and large one-way passenger demand, it is of great practical significance to further improve the efficiency and service quality of existing railway transportation.
The State Railway Administration gives full play to the coordination, guidance and promotion role of government departments in promoting technological innovation and serving enterprises, takes the initiative to go deep into the research and development and test sites, and timely understands the progress of research and development and the existing difficulties. actively coordinate the relevant departments to support the dynamic type test and online operation assessment work, provide consulting services for license applications in advance, and open a green channel, and complete the examination work in accordance with the prescribed procedures and license conditions. The issuance of the power centralized EMU license (HXD3G/HXD1G electric locomotive, KZ25TA/KZ25TB seat car) marks that the model of EMU has the license conditions for large-scale production and the qualification for on-line commercial operation.
