From July 21 to 22, 2017, the company carried out a one-and-a-half-day training on "pyramid thinking logic management". this training invited teacher Zheng kai, who had served as McKinsey project manager, personnel in charge of report writing in various departments, personnel with relevant ability improvement needs and internal lecturers to participate in the training.

On the day of the training, Mr. Zheng explained the pyramid principle, the key content of the training, in a humorous and funny way, using a large number of cases close to everyone's work and life, and compiled its essence into four catchy formulas to facilitate everyone's understanding and memory. In the following course, Mr. Zheng took the pyramid thinking logic as the main line and explained the application of this principle in three aspects: effective expression, work report and problem solving.
