Recently, the Shanghai, Shenyang and Beijing maintenance sections of the company have received thank-you letters and commendation letters from the bogie workshop of Shanghai bullet train section, Shenyang bullet train section technology and statistics department and Beijing bullet train section respectively, in which they expressed their heartfelt thanks to the three overseas maintenance sections of Zhiqi company for actively cooperating with and supporting the maintenance work of the resident bullet train section.
The Shanghai EMU section wrote in a thank-you letter to Zhiqi Company: "In the past five years of cooperative maintenance, Zhiqi's Shanghai maintenance station has overcome various difficulties, always maintained full work enthusiasm and good spirit, and demonstrated your company's excellent Corporate image, the management of the Shanghai maintenance section has strong decision-making, quick action, strong execution, and is good at solving problems through active communication and coordination, in my section won a good reputation. The staff of the maintenance station have a tough style, truth-seeking and pragmatic, and the team has comprehensive technical and business capabilities, which have played an important role in each key station."
The Technology and Statistics Department of Shenyang EMU Depot wrote in a letter of commendation to Zhiqi Shenyang Maintenance Section: "In July 2017, when Shenyang EMU Depot was preparing for transportation, the bogie workshop of our section received four CRH380B maintenance tasks. Due to the harsh operating environment of the vehicles, the axle body was seriously injured, causing troubles to the third-level repair of our section. Just as the bogie workshop was in a dilemma, the Shenyang maintenance station of Zhiqi Company stood up in time to help our section complete the three-level maintenance task with good quality and quantity. This incident has laid an" iron "foundation for the relationship between Zhiqi Shenyang Maintenance Station and our section. It has enabled our section to understand Zhiqi's production efficiency and Zhiqi's professional level. At the same time, it has also set a benchmark for our section of bogie workshop. I hereby thank all the staff of Zhiqi Shenyang Maintenance Station."
The bogie workshop of Beijing EMU section wrote in a letter of commendation to Zhiqi Beijing maintenance section: "All the collaborators of Zhiqi Company stationed in our workshop are working hard in their respective posts, actively cooperating with the production progress of the workshop, and strictly abiding by the management systems of the workshop, showing the high professionalism of your employees. Here, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks."
