Unit experts, the qualification examination of EMU wheelset decomposition maintenance was carried out at Beijing maintenance station of Zhiqi Company.

The review team first listened to Zhiqi Company's report on the decomposition and maintenance of EMU wheelsets in Beijing Maintenance Station, and then consulted relevant data on rules and regulations, technical documents, production management, quality control, personnel management, etc. according to the Implementation Rules for Qualification Examination of Railway EMU Wheelsets Decomposition and Maintenance. Then according to the production process, the equipment of plant facilities, maintenance equipment and tooling was checked on site; inspected the maintenance site and physical quality, witnessed the actual operation.

Finally, after full discussion by the review team, it is believed that Zhiqi Company has compiled the wheelset decomposition and maintenance process documents and quality control documents according to relevant maintenance regulations and standards, which can effectively guide the on-site operation. The on-site operation environment, process equipment, process flow, detection means and personnel ability can meet the requirements of wheelset decomposition and maintenance. The on-site operation process meets the process requirements, and the physical quality meets the requirements of maintenance regulations, unanimously approved the review.
