On January 24, 2019, the company's 2018 annual cost management work summary and project conference was successfully held in conference room 3. the company's senior executives, department ministers, members of the cost management professional group and the person in charge of each project to be reported attended the meeting.
At the beginning of the meeting, Gao Xin, head of the planning and operation room system of the strategic operation center, made a summary report on the cost management work in 2018. Senior Director elaborated on cost management from four aspects: historical review of cost management, summary of cost management in 2018, existing problems and 2019 work plan. Since the company implemented cost management activities in 2011, the implementation of management topics has achieved remarkable results in total cost savings of 118.62 million. In 2018, the cost management activities will focus on "intelligence", focusing on intelligent manufacturing and management refinement, relying on the three major carriers of annual planning, management topics and centralized procurement, and will continue to advance through PDCA cycle. Subsequently, the high supervisor introduced the cost topic on-site release appraisal rules. Then, 17 project leaders from various departments released the project from four aspects: the background and objectives of the project, the analysis of the project, the results of the project and the next action plan.
Finally, General Manager Yang Huaiwen made a concluding speech. Yang Zong fully affirmed the remarkable achievements made in cost management in the past eight years. The development of management topics has not only improved the management efficiency, but also improved the management level and ability of employees. The benefit of cost management is directly profit, and cost management is an eternal activity. To continue to implement it, experience should be summarized and sorted out in the process. In addition, in 2019, the project should be selected and approved in a more targeted manner. In terms of production, the key processes in the production process should be optimized in combination with intelligent manufacturing and lean management. In terms of management, it is necessary to make full use of various management means, make use of the convenience brought by the launch of intelligent manufacturing projects, and continuously optimize the management level.
